Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading law firm based in Northamptonshire, who are seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor (or equivalent) to join their well-established and highly regarded Childcare team – one of the largest in the East Midlands. The role will be based at either their Leicester or Northampton office.

The Ideal Candidate

\n

You will ideally have 5+ years' PQE, Children’s Panel accreditation, or be working towards it, and will be working on a wide range of childcare legal proceedings including:

    \n
  • Care proceedings
  • \n
  • EPO's
  • \n
  • Special guardianship and adoption matters
  • \n
  • Private law applications to include rule 16.4 instructions
  • \n
  • Separation representation of competent children
  • \n
\n

A current guardian following would be welcomed!

The ability to offer clear, practical advice while offering compassionate support and strong advocacy experience are essential qualities required for this role.

Salary: £55,000+
