We're looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our Fair Oak nursery, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional care and education while driving operational excellence and growth.

\n

What You'll be doing:

\n

'05;Leading and developing a high-performing nursery team

\n

'05;Acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

\n

'05;Driving employee engagement, retention, and performance

\n

'05;Ensuring compliance, quality, and outstanding outcomes for children

\n

'05;Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues

\n

'05;Managing nursery performance, occupancy growth, and commercial success

\n

'05;Supporting recruitment, development, and succession planning

\n

\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

'14; Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

\n

'14; Leadership experience within an Early Years setting (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or similar)

\n

'14; Experience supporting regulatory inspections leading to a Good or Outstanding outcome

\n

'14; Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory compliance

\n

'14; A proven track record of developing successful teams and delivering high-quality practice

\n

'14; Commercial awareness with the ability to balance operational performance and service excellence

\n

'14;A full compliance process will be done for any successful candidate including an enhanced DBS check

\n
