Senior Product Analyst – London Market Underwriting

Location: London | Contract

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join a major London Market PAS transformation. You'll work with Product, Underwriting and Technology teams to shape and deliver new underwriting capabilities across the full policy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and business analysis.
\n
• Gather and define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
\n
• Support product roadmap and backlog prioritisation.
\n
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
\n
• Drive improvements across underwriting workflows, PAS capabilities and user experience.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Strong Product Analysis experience within London Market insurance.
\n
• Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
\n
• Good understanding of underwriting processes and the policy lifecycle.
\n
• Agile delivery experience.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n

Desirable

\n
• IRIS integration experience.
\n
• JIRA and SQL knowledge.
\n
• Agile certification.
\n

Experience

\n
• 10+ years delivering technology change, including at least 5 years within insurance.
\n
• Strong London Market knowledge and experience working on complex transformation programmes.
\n
• Experience working on PAS migrations
