About the role

\n

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building your own network of clients and candidates within a specialist market.

Your responsibilities will include:

    \n
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • \n
  • Identifying and engaging talented professionals within your specialist market
  • \n
  • Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to successful placement
  • \n
  • Developing market knowledge and becoming a trusted advisor within your sector
  • \n
  • Supporting business development activities and identifying new opportunities
  • \n
  • Negotiating offers and guiding candidates through the hiring process
  • \n

  • Recent graduates (or those graduating this year)
  • \n
  • Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
  • \n
  • Ambitious, driven and proactive individuals
  • \n
  • Commercially curious with a desire to learn
  • \n
  • Positive team players who thrive in fast-paced environments
  • \n
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sport, leadership positions, societies or sales is advantageous, but not essential
