Revit MEP Modeler

We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Modeler to join a commercial construction project in North London on a 14-week contract. The role is outside IR35.

This is a site-based role, working closely with the project delivery team to ensure the MEP design is coordinated throughout the construction phase. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the Revit model, carrying out clash detection, resolving coordination issues, and supporting the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, update and maintain accurate MEP Revit models throughout the construction phase
\n
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural and other building disciplines
\n
• Attend coordination and design review meetings
\n
• Review site conditions and incorporate construction changes into the BIM model
\n
• Ensure models are accurate, coordinated and aligned with project requirements
\n
• Identify and resolve design and installation conflicts before they impact construction
\n
• Support the engineering and project management teams with technical coordination throughout the build
\n

Requirements

\n
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
\n
• Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
\n
• Good understanding of MEP services installation and construction
\n
• Experience working in a live construction environment
\n
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings, specifications and BIM documentation
\n
