UK Immigration Consultant

We're looking for experienced UK Immigration professionals to join our client's established team in Harwell, Oxfordshire.

This role would suit someone who enjoys managing a varied caseload, building strong client relationships and providing practical immigration advice to both businesses and private individuals.

This role offers hybrid working, 6 days/Month in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing applications under the UK's Points Based System, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility routes, Innovator Founder, Global Talent and High Potential Individual visas.
\n
• Advising employers on sponsor licence applications, compliance obligations, SMS management and audit preparation.
\n
• Providing clear, practical immigration advice to businesses, HR teams and individual clients.
\n
• Preparing and reviewing applications, supporting documents and detailed representations.
\n
• Conducting right to work checks and advising on compliance matters.
\n
• Managing private client cases including Family visas, UK Ancestry applications, Visitor visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain and British citizenship applications.
\n
• Keeping up to date with changes in immigration legislation and Home Office policy.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• OISC Level 1 qualification or above.
\n
• Recent experience within a UK immigration role.
\n
• Experience managing client relationships and handling cases from instruction through to completion.
\n
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
\n
• Previous exposure to business development activities would be beneficial.
