Key Responsibilities
\nStakeholder Partnership

- Build trusted relationships with HR and business stakeholders. \n
- Advise on employee benefits, pensions, and supplier strategies. \n
- Translate business needs into effective sourcing initiatives. \n
- Provide market insights, benchmarking, and commercial guidance. \n
Sourcing & Category Management

- Lead regional and global sourcing projects across Benefits and Pensions. \n
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business goals. \n
- Manage RFI/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and selection. \n
- Deliver business value, cost savings, and process improvements. \n
Contracts, Risk & Compliance

- Lead contract negotiations and supplier management. \n
- Manage commercial, operational, regulatory, and contractual risks. \n
- Ensure compliance with relevant benefits, pensions, employment, and data privacy regulations. \n
- Partner with Legal, HR, and Risk teams to maintain governance standards. \n
Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

- Monitor market trends, supplier innovation, and industry developments. \n
- Advise on best practices and emerging opportunities. \n
- Drive transformation, value creation, and procurement excellence. \n
What You Bring

- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management across Employee Benefits and Pensions. \n
- Strong track record of delivering cost savings, business value, and supplier optimization. \n
- Deep knowledge of benefits markets, including pensions, healthcare, wellbeing, and reward programs. \n
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiations, contracts, financial analysis, and risk management. \n
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor. \n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a results-driven mindset. \n
