This is a high impact opportunity for a Data Product Manager to take genuine ownership within a business that sees data as a core commercial driver. You will sit at the centre of a major data platform transformation, with visibility at senior leadership level and the chance to shape how data products are built and used across international markets.

They are a fast growing, value driven telecommunications business focused on scaling through digital, data, and analytics. Data and analytics are viewed as critical to long term enterprise value, with ongoing investment into real time data, AI enabled use cases, and self service analytics.

The Role

• Own the end to end lifecycle of data products, from discovery and roadmap definition through to delivery and continuous improvement
\n
• Define and drive the data product vision aligned to commercial and operational priorities
\n
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, analytics teams, and central data engineering and platform teams
\n
• Translate complex, telecoms focused business needs into scalable, well designed data solutions
\n
• Oversee technical delivery, challenge design decisions, and promote best practice across the data platform
\n
• Support platform ownership activities including incident management and operational governance
\n
• Communicate progress, priorities, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and market teams
\n

Your Skills & Experience

\n
• Strong commercial experience delivering data products within a modern data platform environment
\n
• Hands on exposure to Databricks as a core platform, with the ability to challenge and guide technical solutions
\n
• Broader understanding of cloud data ecosystems, with knowledge of platforms such as Synapse or Snowflake being beneficial
\n
• Comfortable working across data engineering, analytics, and business teams
\n
• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and handle complex or challenging conversations
\n
• Experience delivering data platform or data lake transformations, including enabling self service analytics
