Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Infrastructure Delivery
\nLocation: North Birmingham (covering the Midlands and North of England)
\nHybrid Working: Home-based with travel across the region and London (once per month)
\nSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits
\nThe Opportunity:
\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme. This role will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects that combine technology, infrastructure and operational change, ensuring successful delivery against time, cost and quality objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with a background in construction, transport, utilities, engineering or infrastructure environments who has also been involved in the delivery of digital transformation initiatives
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning and mobilisation through to implementation and handover. \n
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies and project governance. \n
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers and contractors. \n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with agreed objectives. \n
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, supporting improvements to systems, processes and ways of working. \n
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders. \n
Essential Requirements:
\n- \n
- Proven track record delivering complex projects as a Project Manager. \n
- Ideally PRINCE2 Practitioner qualified (or equivalent project management certification). \n
- Previous experience within construction, utilities, transport, engineering or infrastructure-based environments. \n
- Experience delivering at least one digital transformation programme or project. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. \n
- Experience managing external suppliers, contractors and cross-functional teams. \n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. \n
Location & Travel:
\n- \n
- Ideally based in or around North Birmingham. \n
- Responsible for projects across Birmingham and the North of England. \n
- Travel across the region as required. \n
- Attendance in London approximately once per month. \n
