Corporate Solicitor

AJ Chambers are partnering with a highly respected, multidisciplinary professional services firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor for its growing legal team.

London | Hybrid Working| £63,000 - £70,000

Key Areas of Work:

\n
• Company law and general corporate advisory
\n
• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
\n
• Group reorganisations and corporate restructuring
\n
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
\n
• Capital investments and strategic business transactions
\n
• Working closely with tax and accountancy specialists to deliver commercially focused, integrated advice
\n

Key Knowledge and Expertise:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3–4 years' PQE
\n
• Valid Solicitor's Practising Certificate
\n
• Strong experience in corporate law
\n
• Previous experience working within a partnership or professional services environment
\n
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
\n
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities
\n
• Confident managing challenging situations and building client relationships
\n
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
\n
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
\n
