Job Description
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Scottish law firm, is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its Glasgow office as a Salaried Partner.
\nThis is an outstanding opportunity for a senior Family Law specialist looking to take on a strategic leadership role within an established and successful department. The successful candidate will inherit a strong and varied caseload, lead an existing team, and play a key role in shaping the future direction, growth, and development of the Family Law offering.
\nThe role will involve:

- Managing and developing an established team of family law professionals. \n
- Handling a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial provision, child law, cohabitation disputes, and separation agreements. \n
- Providing leadership and support to team members while maintaining high standards of client service. \n
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients and professional contacts. \n
- Contributing to business development activities and identifying opportunities for departmental growth. \n
- Driving the strategic direction and long-term success of the Family Law department. \n
The ideal candidate will:

- Be a qualified Scottish Solicitor with significant Family Law experience. \n
- Have a strong technical background and experience handling complex family law matters. \n
- Demonstrate proven leadership and team management capabilities. \n
- Possess excellent client relationship and business development skills. \n
- Be commercially minded with a genuine interest in growing and developing a department. \n
