Role: Property Manager

Location: Woodford, Essex

Proper Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established independent estate agents who are on the lookout for a Property Manager to oversee their healthy property management portfolio.

This is a Monday - Friday office based role.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Management of a portfolio of properties
\n
• Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancies
\n
• Respond to tenants maintenance requests
\n
• Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements
\n
• Organise/oversee refurbishment works
\n
• Negotiate the prompt return of deposits
\n
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication
\n
• Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractors
\n

Requirements:

\n
• IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
\n
• Have a proven background in property management and an all-round knowledge of the industry
\n
• Experience with a portfolio
\n
• Ambitious, dynamic and motivated
\n
• Great communicator
\n
• Excellent time management
\n
• Full clean UK driving licence a must
\n
• ARLA Qualification a benefit but not a requirement
\n

Salary:

\n
• £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
\n
