\nLead the Delivery of a Landmark Healthcare Programme
\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Design Manager / Senior Project Manager to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy and play a key role in the successful delivery of a major healthcare development in London. This position is suited to a highly capable project professional with extensive experience operating within NEC3 or NEC4 contractual environments. You will take ownership of design management, programme coordination, commercial oversight and contractual compliance across a large-scale, technically complex project.
\nAbout You

- Proven experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or large-scale building projects. \n
- Minimum of five years' practical NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract management experience. \n
- Strong understanding of contract administration, change management and commercial governance processes. \n
- NEC accreditation or formal NEC training would be highly advantageous. \n
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline. \n
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment. \n
- Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing decision-making at all levels. \n
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. \n
- Experience using project planning software such as Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project would be beneficial. \n
