My client is seeking a senior, highly analytical RICS-accredited Valuation Director to grow their Expert Witness division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an Expert Witness or Single Joint Expert in matrimonial, probate, negligence, and commercial disputes.
\n
• Lead, mentor, and expand our growing valuation team.
\n
• Prepare and present comprehensive valuation reports, technical appendices, and evidence for the Courts and Upper Tribunal.
\n
• Provide pre-action strategic advice and manage client instructions effectively.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• MRICS qualified with extensive Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in commercial valuation.
\n
• Current or recent experience acting as an Expert Witness.
\n
• Strong track record of networking with solicitors, corporate clients, and other legal professionals.
