I am looking for our next surveyor at Best Snag Scotland.

£50-£60K Earning Potential

We're Scotlands only dedicated snagging company owned and operated by Chartered Surveyors.

The role would suit a current Building Surveyor or Site Manager looking for a better work/life balance. The role would give you flexibility over your working days.

The role will be on a self employed basis. Full support would be provided to set yourself up.

You will only be expected to undertake 1 survey per day. This ensures you aren't having to rush through your working day, which in turn ensures our clients and their homes receive the time and attention they deserve.

There will be days where you will be finished earlier than your standard 8-4pm site management shift pattern and there will be days that may require working into the evening to complete surveys.

You will determine your own holidays. We have based the estimated earning potential based on taking 8 weeks off per year.

Training on our systems and processes will be provided to the successful candidate.

Must have own transport and willing to travel east, west and as far north as Perth. The majority of work is in the central belt.

The individual must be punctual, well presented, highly motivated, driven and an excellent communicator who puts clients needs and customer service first.

The individual must be comfortable working on their own.
