Family Associate Solicitor (3–5 PQE) – Buckinghamshire – Up to £75,000 + Benefits
\nA highly regarded full-service regional law firm with a strong Thames Valley presence is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor / Associate in Buckinghamshire to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Legal 500-recognised practice, advising a high-quality client base on complex and sensitive matters.
\nYou will work closely with a highly experienced Family Partner as part of a close-knit team, receiving hands-on mentoring and structured training across all key areas of family law. You will gain exposure to HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and private clients, with genuine scope for progression in a collaborative and supportive environment.
\nThe Role:

- Managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters with supervision \n
- Advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children work \n
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value and HNW cases \n
- Drafting court documents, applications and client correspondence \n
- Representing clients at hearings and liaising with counsel where required \n
- Building strong and lasting client relationships \n
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives \n
- Working collaboratively within a well-established multi-office team \n
The Candidate:
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor with up to 5 years PQE in family law \n
- Experience handling privately funded family matters \n
- Strong technical knowledge of divorce and financial remedy work \n
- Confident advocate or keen to develop advocacy experience \n
- Excellent communication and client care skills \n
- Commercially aware with a professional and empathetic approach \n
- Ambitious with a desire to progress within a growing team \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail \n
