Site Project Manager

ROLE: Site Manager

PAY RATE:£250 per day (CIS Umbrella)

CONTRACT TYPE: 1 month contract (Potential For Extension)

LOCATION: Tamworth, B77 (covering multiple sites across the Tamworth area)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance works across multiple sites.
\n
• Coordinate both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
\n
• Ensure all maintenance jobs are completed and closed out within agreed timescales.
\n
• Monitor the quality and progress of work carried out by contractors and engineers.
\n
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
\n
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any safety or operational issues.
\n
• Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of works.
\n
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
\n
• Resolve site issues promptly and escalate where necessary.
\n
• Travel between sites as required.
\n

Essential Requirements

\n
• Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role.
\n
• Experience supervising planned and reactive maintenance works.
\n
• Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
\n
• Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
\n
