Project Architect

Project Architect (Outside IR35) - London - Award winning studio - Hybrid

An award winning studio is actively looking for an experienced Project Architect to join them either on a contract or permanent basis. The practice offers a hybrid working model and are busy on various schemes including residential (cladding), commercial, heritage and medical facilities.

This particular vacancy is to work on a large scale commercial fit out team that has landed, it is starting at stage 3 and they require a Senior member of staff to take the project to completion.

Responsibilities

• Leading a small team and conduct client meetings
\n
• Completing architectural delivery in Revit
\n
• Client liaison when required
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Strong proficiency in Revit
\n
• Job running or leading experience in practice
\n
• Experience working on commercial fit out projects is highly advantageous
