The next phase of its journey is focused on accelerating commercial growth, broadening market opportunities and further increasing shareholder value. This is an opportunity to build on exceptionally strong foundations.

The Opportunity

\n

Reporting to the shareholder, you will take full responsibility for leading the business through its next stage of development. You will shape strategy, drive commercial performance and strengthen operational capability whilst preserving the high-quality reputation that has made the business successful.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities will include:

\n
    \n
  • Developing and delivering the company's long-term growth strategy
  • \n
  • Driving profitable revenue growth through both existing customers and identifying and developing new customer relationships
  • \n
  • Identifying opportunities to broaden market reach and develop strategic partnerships
  • \n
  • Providing full P&L leadership, ensuring continued focus on EBITDA, cash generation and operational performance
  • \n
  • Introducing scalable commercial and operational processes that support future growth
  • \n
  • Playing a key role in maximising long-term shareholder value
  • \n
\n

About You

\n

We are keen to speak with experienced Managing Directors, General Managers or Divisional Leaders from engineering or manufacturing environments who combine commercial acumen with strong operational leadership.

\n

\n

You will bring:

\n
    \n
  • A strong track record of delivering profitable growth
  • \n
  • Experience leading engineering or manufacturing businesses
  • \n
  • The ability to develop long-term customer relationships and identify new commercial opportunities
  • \n
  • Strong financial and strategic awareness
  • \n
  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style suited to a growing SME environment
  • \n
  • The credibility to lead highly technical teams whilst engaging confidently with customers and stakeholders
  • \n
\n

\n

Experience of technically engineered products or bespoke manufacturing environments would be advantageous, although sector background is less important than your ability to understand complex engineering solutions and drive commercial performance.

\n

\n

Why Apply?

\n

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to lead a highly profitable engineering business at a pivotal point in its evolution.

\n

\n

Alongside a competitive salary, the successful candidate will benefit from a long-term incentive arrangement aligned to the future success and value creation of the business.
