Location: Harlow, Essex

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 basic + bonus + benefits

Employment Type: Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established electronic OEM company and manage their existing team of four Electronic Engineers.

The Role - Electronic Design Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of four experienced Electronics Engineers.
\n
• Managing multiple development projects, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are achieved.
\n
• Strong background in designing a broad range of electronic circuits.
\n
• Working across analogue and digital electronic design.
\n
• Providing technical leadership throughout the full product development lifecycle processes and design methodologies.
\n

The Role - Electronic Design Manager

We're looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer with both strong technical capability and proven leadership experience.

You'll have:

• Proven experience leading or managing an electronics engineering team
\n
• A broad background in electronic hardware design
\n
• Experience across analogue and digital circuit design
\n
• Experience managing engineering projects and coordinating multiple workstreams
\n
