\nAre you a driven Estimator with a track record in hard services across commercial and industrial sites? Our client, a well‑established facilities management provider, is looking for an Estimator to join their team in and play a key role in pricing and winning high‑value contracts.

\nThe role

- Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans for hard services (mechanical, electrical, building fabric). \n
- Analyse tender documentation, specifications and drawings to identify risks, opportunities and value‑engineering options. \n
- Work closely with operations, engineering and commercial teams to build robust bids and proposals. \n
- Lead pricing for new business and renewals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and margin protection. \n
- Support client meetings, presentations and clarifications as the commercial subject‑matter expert. \n
About you
\n- \n
- Strong background in facilities management or building services, with clear experience estimating hard services. \n
- Confident interpreting technical documentation, drawings and asset lists. \n
- Commercially astute, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management. \n
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment. \n
