\nWe are looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Multi Utility Coordinator to join a well established and expanding Multi-Utilities business based in Preston.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with industry experience who is ready to take ownership of a varied and influential office-based role. Working closely with the directors and operational teams, you'll be responsible for coordinating projects, managing commercial and administrative processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of multi-utility schemes from inception through to completion.

\nKey responsibilities:
\nCoordinate utility design submissions and approvals with multiple network operators.
\nManage Street Works notices, permits, and Section 50 applications.
\nOversee project completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
\nManage utility accreditations and maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
\nCoordinate asset adoption processes with utility providers.
\nAdminister Health & Safety documentation and support company compliance.
\nMonitor operational schedules and coordinate daily workforce activities.
\nPrepare and submit utility applications, points of connection, and network diversion requests.
\nSupport the estimating team by preparing and managing multi-utility quotations.
\nManage purchase orders, cost coding, and approve supplier invoices.
\nMonitor project costs and assist with commercial reporting and cost control.
\nPrepare and issue client invoices.
\nWork closely with the directors to improve operational processes and drive business efficiency.
\nAbout you:
\nWe're looking for someone who has:
\nPrevious experience within the Multi-Utility industry.
\nA solid understanding of utility connections, network design, and project delivery.
\nCAD experience (essential).
\nStrong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and financial administration.
\nExcellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
\nThe ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
\nStrong communication skills and confidence liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and network operators.
\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
\nA proactive, positive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
