BMS Project Manager

A leading Building Management Systems (BMS) provider is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to join its growing London projects team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of BMS projects across commercial, residential and critical infrastructure environments, working with established clients and a highly experienced engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver BMS projects from handover through to commissioning and completion
\n
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and timelines
\n
• Lead engineers, site teams and subcontractors
\n
• Act as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
\n
• Monitor project performance, costs, risks and milestones
\n
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
\n
• Manage project variations and identify commercial opportunities
\n
• Produce project reports and documentation
\n

Requirements

\n
• Proven experience delivering BMS projects as a Project Manager with budgets ovr £2,000,000
\n
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar
\n
• Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience
\n
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
