Architect (Hospitality)
Job Description
A leading architecture and design practice is looking for an Architect to join its growing Hospitality team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale hotel, and hospitality projects within an award-winning international studio known for delivering exceptional architecture projects worldwide. \nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate large-scale hospitality projects through key RIBA stages, with a particular focus on technical design and project delivery (RIBA Work Stage 4 onwards). \n
- Develop and oversee detailed technical packages, construction drawings and coordinated Revit models. \n
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with programme requirements. \n
- Work closely with clients, operators, contractors and stakeholders to manage project information and resolve technical challenges. \n
- Ensure projects comply with relevant building regulations, hospitality brand standards and industry best practice. \n
- Support the delivery of high-quality hotel, resort and mixed-use hospitality schemes from design development through to construction. \n
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members. \n
- Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies. \n
- Play an active role within a collaborative studio culture that values innovation, sustainability and design excellence. \n
Key Requirements

- ARB-registered Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice. \n
- Experience working on large-scale hospitality, or hotel projects desirable but not essential. \n
- Strong technical design and delivery experience across multiple RIBA stages (RIBA Work Stage 4 onwards). \n
- Proficient Revit skills with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed technical packages. \n
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, technical coordination and project delivery. \n
- Experience managing consultant teams and coordinating project information. \n
- Confident client-facing and communication skills. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple project priorities. \n
- Proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented approach. \n
