- Manage day-to-day workload and quality of output on residential and commercial projects \n
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships \n
- Support and coordinate with other team members, reviewing and checking work as needed \n
- Contribute to maintaining project and technical standards across the practice \n
- As the team grows, take on a more active role overseeing and mentoring other team members and their output \n
- Work closely with the practice owner to help identify priorities and support smart, sustainable scaling of the business \n
Skills and Experience
\n- \n
- Proven experience as an architect, ideally with exposure to high-end residential projects (commercial experience also valued) \n
- Strong working knowledge of Revit \n
- Comfortable working in a smaller studio environment, with the flexibility and initiative that requires \n
- A collaborative, adaptable attitude \n
- Strong client-facing skills and professionalism \n
- Digitally minded and organised approach to work \n
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a small, close-knit team culture \n
