Contracts Manager North West Based, Nationwide Projects £55,000 to £70,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Package Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team, delivering high quality design and build commercial fit out projects across the UK. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standard. What's on offer? £55,000 to £70,000 DOE Car allowance Excellent benefits package Monday to Friday, standard working hours Overtime available Nationwide projects, ideally suited to candidates based in the North West The Role You'll be responsible for managing up to four live design and build fit out projects at any one time, typically valued around £1.5 million, with larger schemes reaching £10 million. Working closely with clients, site teams and subcontractors, you'll oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved throughout. Responsibilities Manage multiple design and build commercial fit out projects Oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover Lead project teams and provide support to Site Managers and Project Managers Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage project programmes, budgets and commercial performance Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard Identify and manage project risks Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial fit out Strong design and build project experience Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously Confident delivering projects valued between £1.5 million and £10 million Excellent client facing and communication skills Strong commercial awareness and programme management experience Full UK Driving LicenceThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a business with an excellent reputation, exciting projects and genuine long term career prospects
