We're looking for a Senior MEP Site Manager to join our Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) team based in Gosport.Location: Site Based, Gosport, HampshireHours: To suit project needs - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.We are looking for a Senior MEP Site Manager and are open to backgrounds from either discipline. You'll overseeinstallations while working collaboratively with our project teams to ensure successful delivery to specification, on time and within budget. This is an opportunity to take ownership of delegated works packages, guide other supervisors, and contribute to major projects across sectors including custodial, commercial, education,health & science.What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within theKier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) team, supporting them in delivering compliant, safe and high-quality MEP installations. Your day to day will include:Ensuring all works are carried out safely in line with Kier standards, project requirements and UK law, with appropriate risk assessments and method statementsLeading oninstallations and coordinating services delivery, ensuring efficient construction and compliance with contract requirementsManaging quality control procedures and providing accurate progress updates to the project management teamGuiding and overseeing other supervisors where necessary, working collaboratively in the Kier "one team" delivery modelContributing to identifying project risks and opportunities, maintaining accurate records and site diaries as works progressWhat are we looking for?This role of Senior Electrical Supervisor (Senior Site Manager) is great for you if:You're technically skilled in Electrical or Mechanical Services installation and safety, holding a relevant industry accredited qualificationYou have CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimumYou communicate clearly and work collaboratively, building strong relationships with team members and stakeholdersYou take a proactive approach to problem-solving, always keeping safety and quality at the forefrontYou're motivated to learn, develop your career, and contribute to continuous improvementWe're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
