EXPEIRENCED INDUSTRIAL SERVICES CONTRACTS MANAGER REQUIRED. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee client contracts from initial enquiry through to project completion.TITLE: Contract Manager Industrial ServicesLOCATION: Chester, North West England This will be an office-based role with visits to client sitesSALARY: £50,000 -£60,000 & Company vehicle plus commissionPREVIOUS ROLES IN WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING MAY HAVE BEEN: Waste Management Contracts Manager, Environmental Services Contracts Manager, Hazardous Waste Contracts Manager, Recycling Contracts Manager, Industrial Services Manager, Environmental Compliance Manager, Operational Contracts Manager, HSEQ Contract Management, Environmental Project ManagementROLE: Contract Manager Industrial ServicesManage client contracts from enquiry through to completionDevelop project plans, budgets, cost estimates, and delivery schedulesPrepare, review, negotiate, and manage contract termsMonitor project performance, costs, and timelinesAct as the key point of contact for clients, project teams, and stakeholdersAttend site meetings and oversee operational deliveryCoordinate subcontractors, technical teams, financial staff, and third partiesEnsure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budgetSupport business growth through excellent customer service and relationship managementExperience required - Contract Manager Industrial ServicesYou will have a full UK Driving Licence with 6 points or lessExperience managing contracts within waste management, environmental services, industrial operations, or related sectorsExcellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental complianceStrong budget management and commercial awarenessPREVIOUS ROLES IN WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING MAY HAVE BEEN: Waste Management Contracts Manager, Environmental Services Contracts Manager, Hazardous Waste Contracts Manager, Recycling Contracts Manager, Industrial Services Manager, Environmental Compliance Manager, Operational Contracts Manager, HSEQ Contract Management, Environmental Project ManagementTPBN1_UKTJ
