Logistics Manager

Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the setup and operation of a and-new logistics function supporting advanced manufacturing activities in Swindon.

The successful candidate will have proven experience leading logistics, warehouse, or materials operations within a regulated manufacturing sector such as aerospace, defence, automotive, electronics, or medical devices. Experience establishing new facilities or operations from the ground up is highly desirable.

Key requirements include:

• Strong warehouse and materials management experience
\n
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory control
\n
• Experience leading and developing operational teams
\n
• Understanding of health & safety, continuous improvement, and logistics best practice
\n
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
\n
