Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join PACE School in Buckinghamshire, supporting children aged 5–16 years with a range of communication and developmental needs.#

🗣️ The Role

You will provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention, helping pupils develop their communication skills, independence, and participation within the school environment.

'28; Key Responsibilities:

'05; Manage a specialist paediatric SLT caseload

'05; Complete communication, language, speech and swallowing assessments where appropriate

'05; Develop and deliver personalised therapy programmes

'05; Support children with complex communication needs, autism, and developmental language difficulties

'05; Work collaboratively with teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, families, and wider professionals

'05; Contribute to EHCPs, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary planning

'05; Provide training and advice to school staff and parents/carers

'05; Support service development and junior colleagues

🔎 What we’re looking for:

'14; HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist

'14; Experience working within paediatrics or specialist education

'14; Knowledge of autism, complex communication needs, and developmental language disorders

'14; Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

📍 Location: Buckinghamshire

💼 Contract: Permanent
