The Role

\n

This is not a traditional corporate role. You will be a hands-on lead, delivering Procurement and Sustainability “as-a-Service" directly for clients. • Client Delivery & Indirects: Lead end-to-end indirect procurement projects for clients, focusing on categories such as IT, Marketing, HR, Corporate Services, and Facilities.
  • \n
  • Data & Analytics: Confidently process and interpret complex spend data. You will collaborate with the data science team to turn raw numbers into actionable insights and "green" alternatives for clients.
  • \n
  • Business Development: Assist with business development activities, identifying opportunities to scale our services and demonstrate the value proposition to new prospects.
  • \n
  • Sustainability Integration: Embed ESG into sourcing, to deliver wider positive impact.
  • \n
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leaders and client executives, providing clear, personable, and customer-focused communication.
  • \n

\n

Who You Are

\n
    \n
  • A Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are capable of managing the challenges and ambiguity that come with a scale-up.
  • \n
  • Analytical & Personable: You have a "data-first" mindset but possess the emotional intelligence to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • \n
  • Outcome-Driven: You take full responsibility for your work and have a track record of getting things done in challenging environments.
  • \n
  • Flexible & Ambitious: You are looking for a role where you can grow rapidly, leading activities and initiatives as the company continues to scale. You will work across a variety of sectors.
  • \n
  • Values-Aligned: As our foundation, you believe in doing business with integrity - we do what we say, and care about the wider common good.
  • \n
