Operations Analyst

We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join a London-based crypto trading business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in trading operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing digital assets business.

You'll support the day-to-day operations of the trading desk, managing trade reconciliations, settlements and funding activities while working closely with internal teams, counterparties and exchanges to ensure trades are processed efficiently and operational risk is minimised. You'll also have the opportunity to improve existing processes through automation and technology, using tools such as Excel, VBA or Python.

The business is looking for someone with 2–7 years' experience in a trading operations environment, ideally with exposure to cryptoassets, although this isn't essential. You'll have a solid understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing and settlement processes, strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with automation tools or programming languages would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will be organised, analytical and comfortable working independently in a high-pressure environment. As the business operates 24/7, occasional out-of-hours support may be required to ensure operational continuity.
