We're working with a high-growth performance marketing agency known for delivering breakthrough results for well-known ecommerce brands. They are investing heavily in new tech and talent and are now hiring for a Senior Performance Marketing Director to lead a large client portfolio, guide strategic delivery and mentor experience performance marketing specialists to achieve measurable growth.

You will shape performance strategy, strength client partnerships and develop high-performing paid media teams. This is a standout opportunity to influence commercial growth, improve scalable ways of working and play a visible role within the senior leadership team.

It's a fast-paced, rapidly scaling agency who has been experiencing impressive YoY growth for the last few years. They work closely with their clients forming strong, lasting relationships and it's a fun place to work with employee retention rates between 80-90% over the past 2 years!

About the Role:

• Own senior client relationships across ecommerce and retail accounts
\n
• Lead and develop Performance Directors and paid media specialists
\n
• Act as the escalation point for complex client challenges
\n
• Improve systems, processes and service quality across delivery
\n
• Support pitches, thought leadership and commercial growth initiatives
\n

About You:

\n
• Extensive agency or in-house digital marketing leadership experience
\n
• Strong paid social AND paid search experience
\n
• Good knowledge of digital creative, SEO, programmatic etc
\n
• Retail and Ecommerce experience is essential
\n
• Proven success scaling and motivating large specialist teams
\n
• Confidence influencing founder, C-suite and senior stakeholders
\n
• Strong commercial judgement backed by data-led decision-making
\n
• Excellent communication skills, including difficult conversations
\n
