ATS Coordinator - FPSO Project

ATS Coordinator | Aberdeen

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in offshore oil & gas, EPC, or FPSO projects who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordinating technical support activities across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

'05; Coordinate vendor and supplier technical support activities

'05; Manage ATS (Assisted Technical Services) requests from initiation to execution

'05; Liaise with vendors and suppliers to clarify work scopes and call-off requirements

'05; Coordinate the mobilization of Field Service Representatives (FSRs)

'05; Manage vendor mobilization schedules and training coordination

'05; Act as the key interface between project teams, offshore personnel, and vendor technical support teams

Requirements:

'14; 5–8 years' experience in offshore oil & gas, EPC, or FPSO projects

'14; Experience with FPSO new build, upgrade, modification, life extension, or redeployment projects

'14; Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

'14; Strong communication and organizational skills

'14; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
