We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading precision engineering business specialising in high-quality fabricated and machined components.

The Role

You'll play a key role in managing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting production, and ensuring products are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing engineering projects from quotation through to production.
\n
• Creating and maintaining BOMs, routings, works orders and manufacturing documentation.
\n
• Producing quotations from customer drawings and specifications.
\n
• Supporting New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI).
\n
• Improving manufacturing methods, tooling, and production processes.
\n
• Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and customers to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
\n

About You

We're looking for someone with:

\n
• Strong hands-on knowledge of metal fabrication (essential).
\n
• Experience within precision manufacturing (aerospace or similar highly regulated industries would be advantageous).
\n
• Good understanding of fabricated and machined components.
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
• The ability to read engineering drawings and work collaboratively across departments.
\n
