Location: Surrey

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Working Pattern: Hybrid (up to 3 days working from home once settled)

We're working with a well-established residential property management business looking to appoint an experienced Block Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential developments, including:

• Full portfolio management
\n
• Service charge budgeting and expenditure control
\n
• Contractor and maintenance management
\n
• Health & Safety and compliance oversight
\n
• Managing client and leaseholder relationships
\n
• Organising and attending AGMs
\n
• Handling major works and Section 20 consultation processes

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who:

'14; Have previous Block Management experience

'14; Possess a strong understanding of compliance requirements and Section 20 processes

'14; Are confident managing their own portfolio

'14; Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
