Project Manager - Digital Channels, Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Banking Applications, APIs, Authentication, Customer Journey, Digital, Web Platforms, UI/UX, Financial Services - Contract - Up to £575/day Outside IR35

My client, an exciting UK Digital Bank, is urgently looking for a Project Manager to join their London based office on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required in the office 3 days per week (in the City).

This is an exciting opportunity to run a number of projects within the digital channels Portfolio. You will be tasked with managing change across a mobile banking application, and online banking, and corporate website, working closely with the Digital Product Owner and UI/UX designers. This is a fast paced role, with exciting changes happening the digital channels space, so you will need to hit the ground running, and deliver the £2m roadmap, managing the projects from end to end in both Waterfall and Agile. The role will coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and third-party suppliers to ensure changes are well-scoped, governed, tested, released and transitioned into live service safely, with clear consideration of customer impact, operational readiness, regulatory obligations and business outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Proven Project Management experience delivering software projects within the Financial Services sector (preferably working at a challenger bank or Fintech)

• Experience delivering customer-facing digital change across mobile applications, web platforms, online banking, websites or similar digital channels.

• Proven experience coordinating cross functional delivery teams
\n
• Familiarity with mobile app store release processes, web content governance, online banking platforms, APIs, authentication journeys and customer communication processes.
\n
• Experience managing projects end to end and project teams and budgets
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor experience
\n
• Excellent communication skills
