I'm working with a specialist business change consultancy that's continuing to grow its presence across the UK secure government sector and is looking for an experienced Business Change Consultants to join it's upcoming major transformation programmes.

This offers a unique opportunity to progress through to Enhanced DV (eDV) clearance, unlocking access to increasingly complex, high-profile programmes and providing a clear pathway for long-term career development within the business.

You'll be joining a consultancy that's known for delivering meaningful transformation, working alongside experienced consultants on high-profile government programmes rather than simply providing resource.

We're looking for someone with experience in:

• Communications management and change communications

• Business change and organisational change initiatives
\n
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
\n
• Service design, service transition and operational readiness
\n
• Change impact assessments and business readiness
\n
• Supporting adoption and embedding new ways of working
\n

Essential

• Active SC & NPPV Clearance

• Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in London
