Project Manager – Private Sector
\nCentral London | £45,000–£55,000 | Hybrid working
\nMadison Berkeley is working with a leading property and construction consultancy looking to appoint a Project Manager to its growing Central London team.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a confident Project Manager with solid private-sector experience to join a friendly, sociable and ambitious office. You’ll work across a varied pipeline of commercial, residential, hotel and fit-out projects, taking responsibility for delivery while receiving strong support for your continued development.
\nThe role
\n- \n
- Manage projects from inception through to completion. \n
- Act as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent. \n
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and wider project teams. \n
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients. \n
- Prepare and present project reports, programmes and other key deliverables. \n
- Monitor project budgets, risks, timescales and commercial performance. \n
- Support bids, business development and the continued growth of the private-sector offering. \n
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the wider team. \n
About you
\n- \n
- Previous project management experience within the private property and construction sector. \n
- Experience delivering commercial, residential, hotel or fit-out projects would be advantageous. \n
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and construction contracts. \n
- Confident, commercially minded and comfortable managing client relationships. \n
- An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. \n
- MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB qualified, or actively working towards chartership. \n
- Able to manage your own workload while collaborating effectively with a wider team. \n
