A leading investment manager is looking to hire a Legal Counsel.

Key duties will include:
\n
\n - IMA review, markup and negotiation;
\n - Ancillary documents relating to the take on of an institutional client such as side letters, rebate and fee letters;
\n - Working on pooled fund documents such as Prospectuses and shareholder letters;
\n - Investment related documents including dealing desk terms, debt restructuring and placements;
\n - Occasional commercial agreements (such as licences, benchmarks and NDAs); and
\n - Engaging with internal teams such as Product Development, Compliance, Investment Risk, Sales, Finance and Investments.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year PQE with relevant experience. The culture is fast paced, collegiate and supportive. You must be solutions driven and keen to get involved in a broad spectrum of work.
