Role Summary

A Top 100 national law firm in Bristol are actively looking to recruit a mid-level Real Estate Solicitor/Associate into its established department.

A generalist transactional role your caseload will be mixed to cover advising on a range of transactions: landlord and tenant, residential development, secured lending, asset management, acquisitions and disposals.

L500 ranked, known for having a strong reputation and culture as a true mid-market regional law firm in the South West.

The salary range for this role is c. £60,000-£75,000.

Experience Required

Be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 PQE

More junior lawyers may be considered, especially if you have pre-qualification experience in commercial property
