Senior Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team in London. This role offers full ownership of the P&L from turnover through to contribution margin, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance, influence decision-making, and support business growth

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly P&L reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
\n
• Review and manage WIP risk across a range of project types
\n
• Provide commercial insight and challenge assumptions to improve business performance
\n
• Lead financial review meetings and communicate risks and opportunities clearly to stakeholders
\n
• Monitor and report on key business KPIs
\n
• Drive process improvements, efficiencies, and strong financial governance
\n
• Support and develop junior finance team members
\n
• Provide audit support and ad hoc commercial analysis
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong finance business partnering experience
\n
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
\n
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly
\n
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving capabilities
\n
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or AI tools advantageous
\n
• Consultancy or professional services experience beneficial
\n
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
