Yeovil | Hybrid (3-5 days on-site) | Defence Programme

3-4 days on-site minimum, but extended days can be completed to reduce days worked

I'm currently supporting a major defence client on a long-term infrastructure transformation programme and am looking to speak with experienced Platform / Infrastructure Engineers with strong VMware expertise.

This role is centred around designing and delivering secure enterprise platforms.

We're looking for experience with:

• VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
\n
• VMware (vSphere, vSAN, NSX)
\n
• Windows & Linux (RHEL)
\n
• Enterprise virtualisation
\n
• Software Defined Data Centres
\n
• Infrastructure automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible or Terraform)
\n
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls)
\n
• Secure enterprise or defence environments
\n

You'll be joining a team responsible for designing, building and modernising enterprise infrastructure, working across virtualisation, networking, storage and automation.
