\nMy client is a unique, internationally respected organisation operating at the forefront of marine environmental response and technical advisory services. With a global reach and a team of around 50 employees, we are seeking an adaptable and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our close-knit team you will closely with one other HRBP and the Head of People.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a varied role and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Working within a small but highly successful international organisation, you will partner with leaders across the business, balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational delivery.
\nThe Role
\nAs HR Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor to managers and employees across the organisation, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive a positive, high-performing culture.
\nResponsibilities will include:

- Partnering with managers on employee relations, performance management and organisational development matters \n
- Leading recruitment and onboarding activities across a range of specialist and corporate roles \n
- Supporting talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives \n
- Reviewing and developing HR policies, processes and best practice \n
- Managing compensation and benefits administration \n
- Supporting learning and development programmes \n
- Providing HR reporting and insight to inform business decisions \n
- Contributing to strategic people projects while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations \n
About You
\nWe are looking for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
\nYou will likely bring:
\n- \n
- Proven HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience \n
- Experience working within a small to medium-sized organisation (circa 50–250 employees) \n
- Exposure to international or globally operating businesses \n
- Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge \n
- A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach \n
- The ability to operate both strategically and operationally \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills \n
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred \n
