Finance Associate (2–6 PQE) | Elite US Firm | London

An elite US law firm is seeking a talented Finance Associate (2–6 PQE) to join its highly regarded London finance practice.

The team advises a sophisticated client base of private credit funds, alternative capital providers and financial institutions on complex cross-border financing transactions. Associates benefit from direct client exposure, lean deal teams and working alongside market-leading partners on some of the most innovative transactions in the market.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of financing matters, including:

\n
• Direct lending transactions
\n
• Private credit and capital solutions mandates
\n
• Leveraged and acquisition finance
\n
• Special situations financings
\n
• Syndicated lending
\n
• Structured finance transactions
\n

The practice is particularly active in advising creditors and capital providers on complex UK and international transactions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

\n
• Be England & Wales qualified (or equivalent) with 1–6 years' PQE
\n
• Have strong finance experience gained at a leading international, US or City law firm
\n
• Possess solid creditor-side finance experience
\n
• Have experience advising lenders, direct lenders, private credit funds or other capital providers
\n
• Exposure to private credit and/or capital solutions transactions is desirable, otherwise a strong interest in the area
\n
• Demonstrate excellent technical skills and strong academic credentials
\n
