Nursery Nurse
Job Description
We are working with a nursery in the GU7 area of Godalming who are looking for a level 2 or above practitioner to join them. They are looking for a level 2 or above practitioner to join them and support their etho of that the children are at the heart of everything they do.
\nThe nursery are looking for a nursery practitioner to join them who can help them continue to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
\nThe role is 38 hours a week over 4 days with a salary of £13.50-£!6.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\nCreate and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children.
\nImplement In the Moment Planning (ITMP) to support children's individual interests.
\nFacilitate both adult and child-initiated play to enhance learning experiences.
\nCollaborate with parents to establish children's starting points and track progress.
\nFocus on small groups of children weekly to identify learning needs and next steps.
\nEncourage children's independence in their learning journey.
\nMaintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding development.
\nParticipate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills.
