A highly regarded City law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Real Estate Associate (2–3 PQE) to join its growing London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to build their career within a collaborative, entrepreneurial practice that combines high-quality work with genuine opportunities for development.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of premium commercial real estate matters, including:

• Investment acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Asset management
\n
• Commercial leasing
\n
• Development transactions
\n
• Real estate support on corporate transactions
\n

The team acts for an impressive client base including international investors, family offices, global corporate occupiers and fast-growth businesses across the technology, AI, fintech and venture capital sectors. The work has a strong London focus and offers exposure to complex, high-value transactions from day one.

About You

You will ideally have:

• 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in Commercial Real Estate gained at a recognised City, national or leading regional firm.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across core commercial real estate matters.
\n
• Experience advising on high-value commercial property transactions.
\n
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
\n
• A proactive approach and a genuine interest in developing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
\n
