• Either an experienced MD or Operations “Leader” that has experience of working for SME engineering manufacturing companies

• Someone that is hands on and can drive this business forwards in terms of growth

• SME manufacturing company P&L experience
\n
• A professional that can drive this business with positive energy and lead on the strategy, developing the culture and enhancing the company’s processes and procedures

• An engineering background through qualification prior to commencing your professional career is preferred
