Do you enjoy keeping complex projects organised and running smoothly? Are you experienced in document control within engineering, construction or infrastructure projects? Looking for a role where you can work across multiple high-value projects and engage with customers?

I’m working with a global infrastructure and engineering business operating across transport and utilities, who are looking to appoint a Document Controller to support their project delivery teams.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in ensuring all project documentation is accurate, traceable and compliant, working across multiple projects simultaneously. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment but enjoys variety and stakeholder interaction.What

You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the receipt, issue and control of project documentation
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring full document traceability
\n
• Supporting project teams to ensure document control procedures are followed
\n
• Submitting documents to customers and managing incoming documentation
\n
• Working across multiple projects, prioritising workloads effectively
\n
• Attending project meetings and liaising with customers where required
\n

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in a Document Controller or project admin role within engineering, construction or infrastructure
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
\n
• Experience working with document control systems and processes
\n
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and customers
\n
• High attention to detail and accuracy
\n
