A highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor. This well established, award-winning conveyancing team is based in Manchester city centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor in Manchester to step into a ready-made caseload and hit the ground running within a well-supported, established office.

Offering three days working from home, genuine flexibility and no management responsibilities, this role is ideal for a Residential Property Solicitor seeking high-quality work, autonomy and an excellent work-life balance without unnecessary pressure.

The Role

\n
• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
\n
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity
\n
• Working on high-quality files within a well-structured team
\n
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients
\n
• Collaborating with internal departments including real estate and private client
\n
• Maintaining strong client relationships and service standards
\n
• Contributing to the continued growth of the Manchester team
\n

The Candidate

\n
• NQ–10+ PQE Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
\n
• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity
\n
• New build sale and purchase experience would be advantageous
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
\n
• Able to manage a caseload independently
\n
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
\n
• Keen to develop and progress within a supportive firm
\n
